1. 💰 Payment Terms

100% Payment in Advance – Resume work begins only after full payment is received.

Payments once made are non-refundable under any condition.

No draft or final version will be shared without payment confirmation.

2. ✍️ Resume Draft & Edits

Clients will receive a first draft of the resume within 1–2 working days after payment and required details are received.

1 round of minor revision is allowed within 48 hours of draft delivery.

Further edits or rewrites will be chargeable at ₹100–₹250 depending on the scope.

3. 🕒 Turnaround Time

Resume delivery within 1–3 working days, depending on prompt client responses.

Delay in providing input or approvals will extend the delivery time.

Express delivery (within 24 hrs) available at an extra cost of ₹200.

4. 📁 Deliverables

Final resume will be delivered in PDF format only.

Cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, or additional formats are not included unless selected as add-ons.

5. 📞 Communication & Support

All official communication will be through WhatsApp or email to ensure clarity and record-keeping.

Post-delivery minor support is provided within 2 days of final delivery.

Major changes or delayed revision requests will be treated as new work.

6. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund

Once resume work has started or the first draft is shared, cancellation is not possible.

No refund will be provided under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction after draft review.

We strongly encourage clients to share accurate and complete data at the start to avoid issues.

7. ✅ Accuracy & Responsibility

The client is responsible for verifying all information (contact number, email, experience, etc.) before the final resume is submitted.

Hired Resume Studio is not liable for any errors submitted by the client or misuse of the resume after delivery.
